We’re beginning to plan for our first camping trip of the year! Woohoo!
We’ll be headed to Florida, making a stop at Disney World where we’ll be staying at the Fort Wilderness Campground. As we get closer to our trip we’ll be sharing more about how we are preparing for this touring adventure.
But in the meantime I’ve been making some freezer-friendly “breakfast to-go food” to cut down on the cost of eating out. Not only will this be healthier for our family, but it will also make breakfast easier to prep while we are traveling and then while we are camping.
The first item on the menu will be breakfast burritos. The second will be pumpkin oatmeal muffins. These are simple recipes that are hearty and healthy–perfect!
Now I just have to keep the kiddos from eating all those muffins before the trip. Time to go hide them along with the burritos in the freezer!
